The last part of the quote by Ms. Eve Ensler (for number 11) was meant as a metaphor. Yes, she was referring to a fish smell, but from a literal fish, not a vagina. She is saying that when you order a fish, you want it to smell like a fish, because that is what it is! Meaning that no, your vagina should not smell like a fish (since this does indicate something wrong like vaginitis) but it should smell like a vagina, because that is what it is!
